Dyck Farm Café

Whether you're a seasoned Second Life resident or just finding your feet in the metaverse, you're warmly welcome at Dyck Farm Café. Pull up a chair, put in your order, and stay as long as you like — there's no rush here.

Second Life is a free virtual world where you create an avatar and explore places built by other people. Getting here takes just a few minutes — here's how:

1. Download and install Second Life — it's completely free.
   Available for Windows and Mac. The official viewer works great for newcomers.
2. Create a free account at secondlife.com and choose your avatar name.
   You'll start on a welcome island — feel free to explore before you head our way.
3. Once logged in, click the teleport link above, or search Dyck Farm Café in the Places search in-world.
   In the viewer, go to Search → Places and type our name.
4. Arrive at the café, have a look around, and say hello!
   Don't worry about knowing all the controls right away — everyone here was new once.
5. When you're ready to order, use the ticket system near the counter. Drinks are served in the order received.
   Not sure how? Just ask a member of staff — we're happy to help.

Just click the teleport button above or paste the SLurl directly into your viewer's address bar. We're on region Kuradov — look for the farmhouse and follow the path to the café.

Note that the café area requires payment info on file with Linden Lab — this is a standard Second Life access tier, not a purchase. The park area surrounding the café is open to everyone with no restrictions.

• Adult atmosphere is fine, but please keep things tasteful. Overtly lewd behaviour is not welcome in the café space.
• The café area is for residents with payment info on file with Linden Lab. The park is open to all.
• Be kind to staff and other guests — we're all here for the same reason.
• Respect the space and the people in it. When in doubt, ask a member of staff.
